The opportunity

TB Shield screens household contacts of people with TB, finding cases and providing TB preventive therapy (TPT), with a particular focus on under-5s. Across Pakistan, only 4% of eligible children under 5 receive TPT; this programme aims to reach 90%. Spiro provides the funding, programme design, digital tracking platform, and training materials. A Pakistani organisation with strength in programme management, geographic presence in Sindh, and alignment with Spiro's focus on cost-effectiveness, and comfort with performance based funding.

Experience in health, community outreach, or TB programmes is highly desirable, as is an existing relationship with Sindh CDC or Sindh government.
