The role

You'll oversee all TB Shield implementation in Sindh, managing partner performance, building an M&E team, and working closely with Spiro's London-based leadership. This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the weeds: reviewing data, solving problems, and pushing the programme forward week by week.

​Language requirements 

Full professional proficiency in Urdu and English

​

Who we're looking for

You're a confident programme manager who's comfortable juggling multiple work streams and working independently. You bring at least 2 years of programme and team management experience.

​

Experience in public health or TB programmes is a bonus, but not a requirement. We hire for potential and attitude.

​​What to expect after you apply​

• Application window: 5th – 23rd June

• Initial Interview: 26th June – 3rd July (20 minutes)

• Remote assessment (3 hours, self-scheduled): 8th – 15th July

• Final interviews: 20th – 24th July

• We expect to make final decisions by 31st July
