The opportunity

TB Shield screens household contacts of people with TB, finding cases and providing TB preventive therapy (TPT), with a particular focus on under-5s. Across Pakistan, only 4% of eligible children under 5 receive TPT; this programme aims to reach 90%. Spiro provides the funding, programme design, digital tracking platform, and training materials. You deliver on the ground.

Full professional proficiency in Urdu and English

Who we're looking for

You're a strong Pakistani organisation with proven programme management capacity, experienced in managing risks and budgets, maintaining proactive communications, and building relationships with government stakeholders. You have geographic presence in Sindh and are comfortable with performance-based funding and cost-effective ways of working.

Experience in health, community outreach, or TB programmes is highly desirable, as is an existing relationship with Sindh CDC or Sindh government.
